Very good at finding tenants quickly and an extremely honest and conscientious company. They deal with everything (and keep you informed) so that the house owner doesn't have to worry. Having heard so many horror stories I feel quite relieved to have contracted with Cityfox.

I sold my property through City Fox, with Jainal Abdin (Jay) as my agent. The service I received was exceptional from Jay, in what was a complex and difficult sale. Firstly, Jay managed to find me a buyer even before I put the property on the market. This was due to the sale of another similar property in the same block falling through - which was very efficient and opportunistic. The sale was complicated by the fact that the lease term was low (70 years) and a leasehold extension was being processed concurrently with the sale. This complicates matters somewhat for lenders. But City Fox helped us negotiate these barriers. What also made the sale difficult is that I am based in Australia, which makes communication difficult given the timezone difference of 11 hours. Jay was quite happy to take and make phone calls, however, at 10-11pm, and sometimes after midnight! Quite amazing commitment really. There were a number of other issues with various moving parts that Jay helped resolve with good diplomacy, patience and hard work! Really I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received, and for an extremely competitive price. If you are selling a property in or around E1, look no further.
