Once we have received the rent payment into our client accounts, we will pay rent to the landlord as instructed and prepare a statement of account, showing deductions if or when necessary.

◈   We instruct our Property Inspection Officer to carry out quarterly Inspections on all our managed properties. You will receive a report of any maintenance issues as well as recommendations for work that may be required to carry out after the inspection.

◈   Your tenants will have access to an out-of-hours service, enabling them to report repairs of an emergency nature outside of office hours.
