Report a maintenance issue to City Fox

If you are currently a tenant in one of our managed properties and wish to report a maintenance issue, or if you wish to enquire about any other matter regarding your tenancy, please complete the form below and submit your enquiry.

Your dedicated Property Manager will contact you in the next 3 working days (within 24 hours if it is an emergency) to confirm the situation and/or provide a response to your enquiry.

Alternatively please contact the Property Management team on 020 7791 5333 during normal office hours (9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm Saturday).

If you have an out of hours emergency maintenance problem please refer to your welcome letter from your Property Manager, where you will find emergency contact numbers.

Can you smell Gas?

If you have a gas leak or you can smell gas you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact National Grid Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

After that you must contact us by telephone or email.


If there is a fire at the property, under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself.

You must immediately evacuate the property and contact the emergency services to report the fire by dialling 999.

Electricity Power Cut?

If you have an electricity power cut or local cable emergency, you need to contact your local network operator.

For electricity emergencies call UK Power Networks 0800 028 0247 (or 0333 202 2022 from a mobile).
